Workshop Resources
Community Workshop Handout 1 offers helpful guidelines, tips, the Small Group Report, and a summary of “Community Ideas since 2019”. Handout 2 illustrates many of the resources and partnerships available for community projects. We hope you find these helpful.

Workshop participants voted on 13 project areas proposed during a series of public gatherings since March 2019. Specific project ideas are available in Handout 1 starting on page 6.
Participants formed Small Groups for the top project areas and produced “30-60-90 Days Action Plans”:
All of the Small Group Action Plans are available for review and comment at the Rochester Town Hall.
Anyone interested in joining an established Small Group please contact the group facilitator.
If you’re keen to create a new Small Group, go for it! We hope you find the resources available in the workshop handouts helpful.
Stay tuned for Small Group updates later this spring.
